CAMPER are 17 nautical miles behind followed by PUMA trailing by just four nautical miles.

And Groupama cross the finish line to win Leg 8 in their home port under the strains of their team anthem, AC/DC's 'Highway To Hell' on the Livestream online feed as millions of sailing fans around the world watched live.

What a sweet victory for Franck Cammas and his men who were forced to shorten their mainsail on Wednesday to two reefs after the mainsail headboard car became jammed. Bowman Brad Marsh climbed up the rig and managed to install another car. The boat held up and managed to maintain enough speed to claim victory.
