A win in today's first race, the second last one of the season was enough for the American flagged team to clinch the overall championship.

A fantastic result for Ed Baird, who stepped into the very big shoes left by departing Skipper/HelmsmanTerry Hutchinson at the beginning of the 2011 season, and built a new crew that have strived, challenged and pushed themselves to the limit all season.
